The first impression I had about GMS is that, wow these people are quite young, can they manage my application??? However after engaging their services, I was amazed at how professional they operate. My application was managed by Nicholas, who was very accommodating and helpful. I immediately felt comfortable and at ease, he was very confident and well informed about the entire process from start to the end. There was one particular time where there was an issue with my IELTS documentation and I was not able to attend the exam at British Council. Hello to all at GMS. I have expressed my thanks to you all before at the time of my Australian PR grant, but I really wanted to personally express it in written form for your organization. From the first moment I was greeted by Audrey during consultation. I knew I was dealing with people who knew their business, were professional, friendly, honest and proficient. But to be realistic this is what I would have expected. I was paying you for a job and I expected the job to be done well. What I wasn’t expecting and what came as a wonderful surprise was the level of care that came along with your extremely high level of professionalism. By care I mean the human touch, the real personal concern, the actual sharing and caring that accompanied sometimes, challenging journey to gaining the PR. That genuine concern, the empathetic sincerity and the emotional support were indeed unexpected, very welcome, and indeed often very helpful to me personally. I would like to thank GMS for their wonderful service and professionalism in obtaining my PR status. I didn’t have much time to travel up and down from Penang to KL, so I contacted my SMO, Nicholas, to inform that I would be in KL for a few hours for a meeting. Nicholas then arranged a time to meet me immediately. The meeting was good and I had an assurance that the application is going smoothly all through out the process. I did not need to worry about what will happen as I knew that GMS was on top of everything. Their response time and information provided was always on a timely manner and accurate. The entire process only took me 8 months from the signing of the contract to receiving my Grant. This was unexpected as I was told the estimate was about 1 to 1 and a half years initially. So once we received the wonderful news, we are now able to setup and move forward with our new chapter in life. I had put in my application for permanent residency to Australia about a year ago and I have been recently granted a Permanent Residency. It was quiet a wait and required tedious searching of documents for verification by DIAC, however it was all worth while especially getting it approved within 7 monthss!! Unbelievable!!! “My first thought of travelling to Australia started in 1999, when I was contemplating where I would pursue my education. It was a choice between Australia and United Kingdom. I had a friend who studied in Melbourne, and the experience he shared of life in Australia attracted me instantly. In UK, I had my sister there, which would help me in a big way. After carefully thinking it through, I decided to go to UK, but the thought of travelling to Australia always remained. After I graduated, and started working, I started exploring more about life in Australia and what I would need to do in order to be eligible to migrate. I saw that I could migrate there through my work experience in IT. So I set myself a goal that once I had enough working experience, I would proceed to submit my application. While waiting for the right time to submit my application, I kept reading about life in Australia, and also questioned a lot about living in Australia from friends who have studied, lived, or migrated there. When the time came for me to start applying for migrating to Australia, I decided I would do it on my own. It was time consuming and sometimes quite frustrating, trying to read through all the requirements, preparing documents, and making sure I have got all the necessary details as required by Australian Migration Office. I would have tons of questions whenever I read through the documents they required, and I had no one to get a quick answer. It was close to a year before I think I got most of the documents sorted out. At that same time, my elder brother suddenly told me that he was going to migrate to Australia too, but he was going to use an agent to help him sort out the documents and apply on his behalf. While I was still sorting out my documents, my brother then updated me that he had got his Visa! That was when I realized, it would be a lot less stressful and faster if I just got an agent to help me out. So my brother introduced me to GMS. I think from the moment I got GMS to represent me, I felt a kind of relief, because I did not have to go through the headache of making sure I’ve got all my documents sorted out, nor have to worry if my application might be rejected. GMS made sure my application would be successful before they took on my case, so their re-assurance was comforting. Next thing I knew, was that we were about to get our Visa as majority of the documents were approved. There was only one document remained to be sorted out, which was the police clearance document. I was living in China at that time, and things in China were not always straightforward. It took about 3 months to finally get that police clearance document sorted out, and GMS was always there to guide us through that last frustrating stage. Then, on Chinese New Year eve, where I was in my brother-in-law’s house preparing for the family dinner gathering, I got the good news from GMS that my Visa was approved! It was one of the joyous news and could not have arrived at a better time. Now, I’m in Adelaide with my wife, living our first month. Because I have my brother living here in Adelaide, he was able to help us sort out our accommodation needs. Even before we arrived, we had got a home ready for us to live in. We’ve also got all of our necessary registration sorted out within the first 2 weeks, thanks to the useful guide Australian Migration Office has provided. My wife, who is expecting, has also got herself registered in the hospital here and we’ve now started living our Australian dream live. It’s no longer a dream, but a reality. GMS played a key role in making our dream come true, and for that we will always be grateful. Now, I’ve got a few more friends who are interested in migrating to Australia, and I’ve immediately referred them to GMS, because they’ve proved to me they can truly get the job done. Thank you GMS!

I applied for my Australian PR in early 2009 through Global Migration. Since then, I have got my PR and have migrated and is now happily living in Sydney, Australia. It is indeed a lovely place to enjoy a healthy and balanced life. I am really grateful that GM got my application approved within a year, when time was of the essence then for me.
