Parent Visa
Parents with at least half their children living permanently in Australia may be eligible for a parent visa which gives them permanent residence in Australia.

To sponsor a partner, you must either be married, in a defacto relationship, have a registered relationship or be engaged.

Child Visa
For children under 18 years, a full-time student aged 18 to 25 and financially dependent on the paren born to a parent/step parent who is an Australian citizen, eligible New Zealand citizen or holder of an Australian permanent visa
